I have been SOO busy this week, so I couldn’t even have time to capture and archive my creations, now I have time to sit on my but, and I can update you guys!

This is the order of the week, a “Live love laugh” tshirt, for two sisters..
The other one is brown cut out and inserted with white heart shaped fabric. Pure inspiration !

HELLO WORLD!
This just in; Ekin creates this ‘order’ in the lack of a plain t-shirt !
Luckily it turned out great and the client loved it 🙂 The pocket detail was a minor one, and I thought I could still pull of a little line *and* have a great design in the front.
But I didn’t want any fuss at any point of the shirt, so I thought “why not include it in the design?” The zip acted like a cute mouth to the monster and It made the client want to throw some actual cookies in! At least that’s what She said !!

It’s officially summer, everybody! At least here, where I live in Izmir 🙂
It has been a hectic road of thunders and rains not long ago, but from couple of days on, the sun is shining!
The good weather effected my creativity, as well, I think! I was inclined to make anything joyous and fun. I got orders on the “owlsome buddies” but I kindly asked them If I could do a slightly different version that has been stuck in my head. Both my clients said yes, I mean, when someone says ” Hey, I have more elaborate design with more figures in it, ” you say “Go ahead!”
Anyhow, here are the final products! :

I wanted to make an impression. Success? 
So, I liked the remakes of “Milkshake” a catchy song by Kelis: you can listen to here.
It goes something like this:
My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard
Damn right, it’s better than yours
I can teach you, but I have to charge…..
Pretty hilarious! But I like the idea and funkiness that an artist can play with.
How about my Rad Tees bring all the boys to the yard? I think yes.

I really do.
I was working on an order, but having a “designer’s block” (hah! I laugh at myself as I write this, but hey) so I decided to do some rough drafts. I had a long tunic tshirt laying around, kinda like loungewear, you know. I don’t really wear it to sleep, but I don’t wear it outside either. (well, save for running errands maybe)
After I unnecessarily elaborate the piece of fabric to you guys, I drew my design on! This is a permanent textile marker, not the 3D velvety paints I usually use. I don’t like to spend those precious paint on rough drafts, but I don’t like the look of textile marker very much either. But this one turned out pretty good. Maybe it’s the color of the marker, the texture of the shirt, or the stars were aligned, who knows?
Anyhow, here you go!

I might actually consider making an “owlsome” range out of my tshirts, as I get waaaay ahead of myself trying to find new designs. I end up with making various creations of the owlsome troop, that, actually turns out more creative than any one of them.
I sound pathetic wow! No, no, I do and can always come up with new designs, it’s just, I love the Owls so much, I had to legitimize my unconditional love towards them:)
